2024 Car Free Day LI Bragging Rights Awards

The final standings are in! Stony Brook University is the overall winner, with an impressive performance by Northwell Health taking second place! 

In the College Category, New York Tech secured second place, with Farmingdale State College placing third.  Shout out to Suffolk County Community College and Adelphi who were not far behind.

In the Healthcare category, NUMC took second place, with Catholic Health holding onto third.

Among Companies, Cameron Engineering-IMEG earned first place, with Spellman HV taking second place and CDCLI right behind in third place.

In the Municipality race, the Town of Babylon took a commanding lead with the Town of North Hempstead in second place, and Huntington in third.

Lindenhurst did a fantastic job and took first place for Libraries, with Port Washington holding steady in second and Mineola in third. Nice to see so many Libraries getting involved!

NY Coalition for Transportation Safety earned first place for Non-Profits with Residents Forward in second place.
