2025 Car Free Day LI Bragging Rights Awards
The results are in! Stony Brook University takes the overall top spot, with Northwell Health earning an impressive second-place finish.
College Category: Adelphi University claimed second place, followed by Farmingdale State College in third.
Healthcare Category: NUMC secured second place, with Catholic Health rounding out the top three.
Companies: Cameron Engineering-IMEG came in first, with Bedgear taking second place and Spellman High Voltage close behind in third.
Municipalities: The Town of Babylon pulled ahead to win first place, with the City of Glen Cove in second and the Town of North Hempstead in third.
Libraries: Elwood Library took first place, with Lindenhurst in second and Port Washington in third—a great showing from our libraries this year!
Non-Profits: CDCLI earned first place, followed by Age Friendly Glen Cove in second and Paws of War in third.
